Big but comfortable country atmosphere. Food was exceptional and our waitress Mackenzie was above and beyond. Food was great and the menu has great variety of love for those taste buds. Make the stop if you are headed back in from Louisiana or make the trip for no reason. Wish they would build one closer. TDawg Bowl .... Or the texas Cheesesteak , salad bar . Yep did the job!

We went to Cactus Jack’s to celebrate my little brother’s graduation, and everything went so smoothly! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful—even when we realized we didn’t plan for enough chairs (more than 30 people showed up), they took care of it within minutes. I didn’t catch any names, but their service was genuinely great. The food was also delicious—everyone in my family was talking about how good it was. Great experience overall, and we’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time going to this restaurant and I loved it! Can’t wait to go back! Our server, Tori, was so sweet and took great care of us. The menu had plenty of options. We opted for lunch menu entrees and they were great portions for lunch options. I can’t wait to go back and next time I’ll try to go on a night they have live music!

We had dinner at Cactus Jacks this evening and the only thing that outshined the food was our charming server, Hannah W. She sparkled with so much personality and kindness. Exceptional first time experience! Karlee was our waitress and made several trips without notice and constantly checking on table and what we needed. Playground for kids is awesome. Food, atmosphere and service were all fantastic. We will definitely be coming back!

Outstanding Service – Katelyn G. is a True Gem! We had an amazing dining experience at Cactus Jack, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Katelyn G. From the moment we were seated, she went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were next level. Katelyn was not only incredibly friendly and welcoming, but she was also extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She offered great recommendations, answered every question with patience, and made sure our order was just right. Drinks were always refilled before we even had to ask, and she timed everything perfectly—no long waits, no feeling rushed. She truly made us feel like we were her top priority, even though the restaurant was busy. What stood out most was her genuine attitude—she wasn’t just “doing her job,” she clearly enjoys what she does and cares about her guests’ experience. It’s rare to find someone who brings both professionalism and heart to the table, and Katelyn does it effortlessly. If you’re heading to Cactus Jack, ask for Katelyn G. Cactus Jack's isn't just a restaurant, it's a whole experience! From the second we walked in yesterday, we felt genuinely welcomed with big smiles and enthusiasm. The hostess was fantastic – she gave us a quick tour and even had some great recommendations for drinks and food. She also let us know about their live entertainment schedule. Then came Papi, our waiter! Seriously, he was a joy – so friendly and down-to-earth. His suggestions for dishes were spot on, he was super attentive to everything we needed, and he even mentioned to the GM (I think it was her) that it was our first time there. She came over to introduce herself and had such a nice chat with us. It's an high energy environment where you can relax, enjoy good company and conversation with others. I had the 3 tacos and barely got through two of them because they were huge! My husband had the fajitas and said they were so on point and tender. We finished up with splitting dessert, and while I totally forgot to snap a picture, the Bourbon Pecan Cheesecake was delicious! To top it all off, Papi gave us a quick peek at their "adult playground" area. He also pointed out that they have a secure kids' play area with good security and lots of cameras, which is great for parents. My husband and I will absolutely be back. Our bill was around 85, and that included an amazing spinach dip appetizer (seriously, you HAVE to try it – it melts in your mouth!), drinks, our main courses, and dessert. We left with huge smiles (and to-go boxes) thanks to the entire experience and the fantastic food. It's definitely worth the 45-minute drive. Great job, Cactus Jack's, for setting the bar high and bringing back true 5-star customer service!
